Celebrate Springtime in Rushworth at the garden, guest house and home of landscape architect Louise (Costa) and Les Pelle. Developed through drought, built on bed-rock and nurtured with love, this garden is a unique blend of local plants and built objects inspired by the art of recycling. Featuring paving, panels, seating, retainer walls and sculpture, all constructed with rescued materials. In its eighth year, the garden has matured and developed a delightful atmosphere set within the 18ha conservation covenanted property, against the backdrop of Rushworth’s dramatic Box-Ironbark forest.
