$38,800 Government backed grants at Viewpoint Huntly

$38,800 Government backed grant can be added to your deposit on selected Viewpoint Huntly house and land packages

The City of Greater Bendigo has joined forces with land developer Integra Vic Pty Ltd and housing organisation Ethan Housing to offer eligible workers the chance to buy a house and land package at Viewpoint Huntly with the help of a government backed grant of $38,800.

Major lenders have advised that eligible buyers can use the government backed grant of $38,800 towards their deposit on a house and land package at Viewpoint Huntly.

However the number of grants is limited.

Under the plan, 100 lots scattered across the 800-lot Viewpoint Estate at Huntly have been earmarked for this innovative program. Ethan Housing has called for applications from interested eligible buyers.

The offer is available to anyone who meets the eligibility criteria. While the conditions include income limits, it is worth noting that a couple with two children are able to earn up to $119,295 per year.

But you will need to check with your bank on how much you can borrow.

The project is part of the Building Better Regional Cities (BBRC), an Australian Government initiative to increase the number of homes for sale that are affordable for working families on ordinary incomes, in communities that are experiencing positive jobs and population growth.

For further information, including full details of eligibility criteria, the house and land packages available and how to apply go to www.ethanhousing.com.au or contact them at 03 9830 2669.

APPLICATION DEADLINE EXTENDED TO NOVEMBER 16, 2012
