Superannuation scheme needs changing
You have a general right to access information we hold, under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act. It also provides a right of appeal if we refuse access to this information.
Some information is freely available and you may find the information you require can be obtained without making a FOI request. Potential applicants are encouraged to make contact with the FOI Officer by phoning (03) 5434 6000 prior to making a formal application.
To make a request for a document under the Freedom of Information Act place your request in writing using the FOI request form. The request should be accompanied by an application fee of $25.10 and forwarded to: Freedom of Information Officer City of Greater Bendigo PO Box 733 Bendigo 3552 Please provide sufficient details about the relevant documents to assist us to identify them.
The FOI Officer has 45 days from the date that a valid application is received to respond to the applicant. It should be noted that the application fee is not refundable and some information is exempt from release under the Freedom of Information Act 1982. If access is granted further charges will apply as allowed for in the Freedom of Information Access (Charges Regulations) 2004.
