Bendigo Botanical Gardens to host Zookeeper movie

Monday 06 February 2012

The Bendigo Botanic Gardens in White Hills will host this weekend’s Cinema in the Parks screening of the film Zookeeper at 9pm on Saturday February 11.  However, in the event of wet weather, the screening will be relocated to the Bendigo Town Hall.

The “Zookeeper” centers around a group of zoo animals determined to help their lovable zookeeper, played by Kevin James, find love.

The Bendigo Botanical Gardens is considered the perfect location to host this film given it’s long history of housing animals in the Gardens.

The Cinema in the Parks series continues throughout February with movies screened each Saturday evening in parkland settings in and around Bendigo as part of the broader Summer in the Parks program.
