Deadline approaching for 2012 Raw Arts Awards

With the deadline for entries for the City of Greater Bendigo 2012 RAW Arts Awards fast approaching, young people who are planning to submit an entry are reminded to do so by Monday May 21.

The Raw Arts Awards feature Visual Arts, Digital Media, Literature and Performing Arts categories, with prizes of $1,000 and $250 for winners and highly commended in each category.

In addition to the prize money, entries in the visual arts and digital media categories will be exhibited as part of the RAW Arts Exhibition which takes place from May 31 to June 3 at Dudley House.

Guidelines and application forms can be downloaded from the City of Greater Bendigo website www.bendigo.vic.gov.au  or applicants can apply online through City of Greater Bendigo’s youth website YOBendigo www.yobendigo.com.au
