| The City of Greater Bendigo is committed to providing information which may assist the general community should an emergency occur.
In the past our community has been subject to fire, flood, storm and outbreaks of animal diseases and given the uncertainty of the world in which we live there is every chance that our municipality will face similar incidences in the future.
Hazards exist within all communities whether they are recognized or not and in an effort to be better prepared a City of Greater Bendigo in consultation with the Victorian State Emergency Service and the Country Fire Authority have developed these Web Pages to assist our community to address the prevention of, response to, and recovery from emergencies within our municipality.
The information contained on our website has been developed to assist the community to access advisory information prior to and during an emergency. This information is subject to change and is provided as a guide only during an emergency.
For specific advice you should contact the relevant emergency service. | |
