Volunteers play a vital and valuable role in the provision of services to the City of Greater Bendigo. Our volunteer services comprise of a diverse range of people who work with the City of Greater Bendigo and other organisations with the common interest of enhancing the provision of services in our city.

* Meals on Wheels
* The Visiting Program and Planned Activity Group(Social Support)
* Transport Program
* Bendigo Art Gallery
* The Capital Performing Arts Centre
* Visitor Information Centre (Bendigo & Heathcote)
* Making a Nation Federation Exhibition
* Community & Cultural Development
* Events
* Youth Services
* General Administration in various Service Units
* Recreation and Sport
* Landcare and the Environment

| Volunteering can be a fun way of meeting new people, helping others and developing new skills. It is also about sharing and developing personal skills and strengthening links between people in Bendigo and its surrounding region.
