Playgroups are offered throughout the community. Please ask your Maternal and Child Health Care Nurse for details of current playgroups in your area or call our Children and Family Services Unit on 5434 6364 or email us.
Playgroups provide parents and caregivers with the opportunity to meet new people, gain support and exchange parenting ideas.
They provide babies, toddlers and preschoolers with the chance to socialise as they play and learn together.
All playgroups are different but the emphasis is on fun and friendship.
