Superannuation scheme needs changing
Over recent times a quiet revolution has been taking place at the City of Greater Bendigo. We have become very customer focussed and are constantly trying to put ourselves in our customers' shoes. We are beginning to see results.
We are committed to continually delivering excellent service to our customers which is outlined in our Customer Service Charter. We have also introduced a complaints handling procedure to help us continually improve our services.
