The City of Greater Bendigo's Building Department offers a range of building related services to the community which includes Building Advice, Planning Certification, Building Inspections, Swimming Pool advice, Essential Services, Report & Consents, and Occupancy Permits

Our staff have extensive experience in the building industry and to meet Council's statutory obligations, the Council's Building Surveyors and Inspectors ensure compliance within building legislation and other related Acts and Regulations.

The office opens at 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Our staff includes a team of registered and qualified Building Surveyors, Building Inspectors and Technical Administration staff who have all the relevant experience in assisting with your building needs.
