Year 9 boys are eligible to receive the the Gardasil vaccine 3 dose course for 2013 students only
Year 10 student are eligible to receive Boostrix vaccination (Diphtheria/Tetanus/Whooping cough).
Once Year 10 students have received this Boostrix vaccination, a Tetanus booster is not required until the age of 50 to maintain immunity. In the event of a tetanus prone injury, consult your doctor for further information.
All school students immunised at a school session will receive a 'record of school immunisation' form which should be brought home by the students and stored with all previous immunisation records. Consent cards and information are distributed to all schools at the beginning of each school year. Any students who are absent from school on the day of vaccinations can attend any of our public immunisations sessions.
