Gifts, Benefits and Hospitality Policy

The Gifts, Benefits and Hospitality Policy applies to all workplace participants.

The purpose of the policy is to:

  • provide a transparent and consistent framework for providing and responding to offers of gifts, benefits and hospitality
  • minimise gift offers to made to, and accepted by, workplace participants in order to protect and promote public confidence in the integrity of the City; and
  • ensure City business is carried out with transparency and impartiality.
