Huntly DCP community bulletin - August 2019

This bulletin is to let Huntly residents and landowners know the City of Greater Bendigo is currently preparing a Development Contributions Plan (DCP) for this suburb. As Huntly is a fast-growing area of Greater Bendigo, Council wants to ensure important infrastructure is put in place when it is needed. A DCP helps ensure the fair funding and timely delivery of infrastructure such as roads, paths and play spaces for new development areas. Huntly would be the first growth area in Greater Bendigo to receive a DCP.
