Preparing for GovHub – Customer Service Centre changes
We’re making some changes to our Customer Service Centres as we prepare for the construction of the Bendigo GovHub.
From November 4 – December 6, our offices at 15 Hopetoun Street will be undergoing renovations, as this will become our main Customer Service Centre.
During this time, visit us at our main office on Lyttleton Terrace to make the following enquiries:
- General enquiries
- Safe and Healthy Environments
On Monday December 9, the Hopetoun Street Customer Service Centre will re-open and the Lyttleton Terrace Customer Service Centre will close permanently.
All customer enquiries can be made at our Hopetoun Street offices after this time (located diagonally opposite Beaurepaires).
What is the Bendigo GovHub project?
Central Bendigo is set to be transformed by the development of a $90M GovHub.
The City of Greater Bendigo will be a tenant in the building, which will house Victorian and Local Government services and will be developed on the site of the main City office on Lyttleton Terrace.
The GovHub will house 400 desks for City staff and 600 desks for public servants from a range of Victorian Government departments, including the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, Department of Jobs, Regions and Precincts, Parks Victoria and 100 new jobs.
