  • When arriving at the Maternal and Child Health centre, please remain in your car and the nurse will call you to commence the consultation. You will then be invited in for your child’s physical assessment which is capped at 15 minutes.

You may choose to have a telephone consultation for any appointment. Please contact our Early Years admin team on 4408 6590 if this is your preference.

To ensure safe physical distancing, we ask that only one caregiver and child attend. Please note the Department of Health and Human Services has directed that all staff and caregivers should wear a face mask for consultations.

We have a supply of face masks for caregivers, however if you prefer to have your own please bring it to the appointment.

Please do not come into any centre if you are unwell. Call 4408 6590 to reschedule or you can switch to a phone consultation instead.

Some of our centres remain closed - Bendigo Central, Eaglehawk, Elmore, Heathcote and Marong. Alternative locations for appointments for these centres will be texted to individual clients the week prior to the appointment.
