Wild Vibes at Blues and Roots Festival this Saturday
Yo Events, in partnership with Bendigo Blues and Roots Festival and Headspace Bendigo, is proud to present Wild Vibes, an all-ages Blues and Roots music event organised by members of the City of Greater Bendigo youth FReeZA program.
Running from 5 to 9pm on Saturday November 10, the event includes a four-act set.
Pat Tierney will be first to take the stage at 5pm, followed by Alana Jagt and the Monotremes, local act Nation Wild, and headliners The Northern Folk will provide a resounding send-off from 8pm.
FReeZA Committee Member Annika Ritchie said she looked forward to helping stage the event.
“The Blues and Roots festival is an iconic celebration of music and culture in Bendigo, and we are very excited to be a part of it! The festival is an awesome chance to see great performers in a fun-packed weekend, with entertainment for all ages to be enjoyed by everyone,” Ms Ritchie said.
Wild Vibes will be situated in a unique courtyard venue at 78 Pall Mall (between Headspace and Jools for Jim), convenient to other Blues and Roots Festival venues including the Rosalind Park main stage and local CBD eateries. Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will also be available during the event.
Entry is $5 at the door. All ages are welcome to join in on the family-friendly fun.
This is a fully supervised, alcohol, drug and smoke-free event. Yo Events is funded through the Victorian State Government FReeZA program.
