City calls for ideas to improve Spring Gully BMX Jumps
The City of Greater Bendigo is inviting residents to put forward ideas for improvements to the Spring Gully BMX Jumps in Spring Gully Road.
City of Greater Bendigo Active and Healthy Communities Manager Lincoln Fitzgerald said residents can provide their feedback by filling out an online survey at www.bendigo.vic.gov.au/springgullybmx before Monday October 1 or by attending a listening post at the Spring Gully BMX Jumps from 3pm to 4.40pm on Wednesday September 26.
“The online survey which asks questions like how often do you visit the jumps, what level of bike riding experience are you, what improvements could be made to make your experience at the jumps more enjoyable and what you like and don’t like about the jumps, should only take a few minutes to complete,” Mr Fitzgerald said.
“The City has provided funding to conduct minor upgrade works to the BMX jumps during the current financial year and we would love to hear from users about their ideas.
“We are keen to get gather this information so that we can use it to improve the functionality of the jumps and to ensure riders can continue to ride in a safe and enjoyable environment.”
