New Art Exhibition to Connect/Create Good Mental Health
A special exhibition featuring the works of more than 50 artists that relates to their own, or their significant others mental health, will be officially opened at 6pm on Thursday October 1 at Dudley House.
The Connect/Create ~ Good Mental Health exhibition will be opened by Bendigo Health’s Peter Robertson Manager Planning and Strategic Development and is supported by the Bendigo Mental Health Week Group and the City of Greater Bendigo.
The artwork on display covers a variety of styles and mediums including painting, photography, drawing and sculptural work.
In addition to local artists, this exhibition also includes work by artists from as far away as Deniliquin.
Partner agencies involved in the exhibition include Bendigo Heath, Bendigo Community Health, St Luke’s, Care Connect, Australian Community Support Organisation, StandyBy, Life Without Barriers, After Care, Partners in Recovery, and Murray PHN.
The exhibition will be on display from 11am to 4pm daily in Dudley House until Sunday October 4.
