Coordinator Human Resources
Are you an experienced HR/IR professional seeking a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity available to join the People and Culture Unit to lead our HR and Payroll team.
You will lead and develop our HR and Payroll team, manage human resources operations, productivity, quality and client services strategies. You will provide specialist HR/IR advice, support and coach senior managers on a wide range of HR matters and drive the strategic direction of the team.
You will have substantial experience and qualifications as a contemporary HR/IR leader with proven team leadership skills within a complex organisational environment. You will have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills and enjoy working in a collaborative nature.
You will have the ability to be innovative, strategic, deliver effective services and support in a demanding environment with conflicting demands. Outstanding interpersonal skills and sound financial management experience are essential to this role.
