Coordinator Rates and Revenue
An exciting opportunity exists within the Financial Strategy unit to lead Rates & Revenue staff in the provision of timely, high quality, customer focused services.
As the successful candidate you will have a strong customer service focus and high level administrative and financial management skills. You will have demonstrated knowledge and comprehension of rates and accounting within larger organisation’s systems for revenue collection. Experience and exposure to debtors and pricing functions within a government context is also an advantage.
The City manages over 60,000 assessments annually, and as such you will have demonstrated knowledge and practical experience within rates or accounting within a high volume environment.
If you have team leadership and coordination experience, a proven track record as an effective leader and hold a Degree or Diploma qualification with several years of subsequent relevant experience in Rates & Valuations; Accounting; and Local Government Administration, we welcome your application.
