Request a replacement bin

We will replace a missing or stolen bin, but can only supply you with the same sized bin as listed on the property’s rates.

To ask for a larger or smaller bin, the property owner or authorised real estate agent needs to make the request and accept the adjusted services charge to the property rates.

Once your request has been submitted and processed, an officer will normally attend the nominated property within 1-10 working days to replace the missing bin.
