Visitors

A Visitor Identification Card (VIC) or Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) must be displayed by users at all times when airside at the Bendigo Airport.

If you do not hold a valid ASIC you must apply for a VIC and be supervised by an ASIC holder.

By completing the pre-registration, you agree to the Bendigo Airport Conditions of Use.

To apply for a VIC pass please complete our VIC pass pre-registration form in advance.

Please note that pre-registering does not guarantee the issuing of a VIC.

If you are a frequent visitor to the airport, we recommend you apply for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).

Visitor Identification Card (VIC) rules and conditions:

  • No person is eligible to apply for a Visitor Identification Card (VIC) if they have been refused an ASIC or is the holder of an ASIC that has been suspended or cancelled.

  • A Visitor Identification Card (VIC) is issued on a personal basis and must not be transferred.

  • There is a maximum allowance of 28 VIC pass days within a 365 days period.

  • A VIC will only be issued if the applicant has an operational requirement to be escorted into a secure area of the airport.

  • If the VIC does not show the image of the holder, the holder must always carry valid photo ID whilst holding the pass.

  • The VIC must always be displayed clearly on the torso above waist level.

Please find further information about a VIC and ASIC on the Department of Home Affairs website.
