***LATEST UPDATE*** - as expected we are receiving significant interest in attending the sale in person. We are currently working through how we can safely achieve this. Our first run of tickets to attend have now "sold out" for both 1st Cross sales. We are working to issue a second run of tickets, but encourage everyone to click on the links below and register themselves on the wait list. You will receive notification that additional tickets have been released for the event. We understand how important an event this is to everyone involved and doing everything possible to make this as great an event as we possibly can. Stay tuned and thanks for your patience.

Our annual Blue Ribbon special sales will go forward this year under our Covid-19 protocols. This involves ensuring that all attendees pre-register their attendance. Other strict conditions are required to ensure safety of all attendees.

  • Access will be limited to those strictly required. Vendors will not be permitted unless they have a genuine interest in purchasing stock.
  • Purchasers will be limited to one attendee per purchaser.
  • A fitted mask will be a strict requirement of entry on the day.

These sales will also be available for purchases via online auction platforms (AuctionsPlus) simultaneously. Attendees will be limited on the day, so please ensure you book your free ticket at the following links:

Elders & Nutrien 1st Cross Bred Sale - 4th November, 2020 (eventbrite link)

Ellis Nuttall, FP Nevins, Mckean McGregor 1st Cross Bred Sale - 6th November, 2020 (eventbrite link)

All Agents Merino Sale - 20th November (link coming soon)

It is a site requirement that all visitors to the saleyard must strictly register their attendance on the day by texting their name and occupation to the advertised number displayed around the saleyard. This will provide us with an attendance register in the event that we need to send notifications at a later date, this applies to transporters, staff, deliveries, drovers, agents etc. We have gone to a digital register in order to reduce the need to sign-in at a centralised location, spot checks will be conducted by BLE staff to monitor compliance. Again, compliance with this register is in your best interest to receive notification of any potential virus interaction. The information will be discarded after a safe period and will not be used for any other purposes than to supply emergency contact information.

It is also a clear direction of the Bendigo Livestock Exchange that any persons whom are unwell are not permitted to enter the facility at any time.
