Object to a planning application
Any person who may be affected by the granting of a planning permit may object. You must state the reasons why and explain how you would be affected by the grant of a permit. The City must consider your objection unless you withdraw it.
An objection that has been made primarily to secure or maintain a commercial advantage for the objector may be considered invalid.

The personal information collected on this form is for the purposes of the planning process as set out in the Planning & Environment Act 1987. The City must make a copy of every submission available for any person to inspect during office hours, for the period up until a decision is made on the application.
