Immunisation is a free service provided by the City of Greater Bendigo to protect the health and wellbeing of the general population. Immunisation is a simple and effective way of protecting the community from serious diseases.

We immunise in accordance with the National Immunisation Program. To find out about what vaccine is given at what age to children, school kids and at-risk groups, go to the Australian Government Department of Health: National Immunisation Program Schedule.

Immunisation history

The Immunisation Team can provide immunisation records for individuals who have been immunised through a City of Greater Bendigo Immunisation Service. The team cannot provide records of immunisations given by doctors or other service providers. Please complete the hard copy Request for Immunisation Record or complete our online form.
