Evaluate your Community Grants Program project
A condition of your Community Grants funding is to provide us with a report about the success of your project within 60 days from the end date of your project.
You will not be able to apply for any further community grant funding until you have submitted this information.

You are also required to submit a financial report as part of your final project report.
Please download and complete the Budget Template for Project Evaluation and re-upload it as an attachment in the financial report section of the online form (below).
You MUST indicate how the Community Grant money was spent in the expenditure side of the budget.
