Step Up: Grow Your Business with New Cultures
The City of Greater Bendigo has produced a series of seven videos called Step Up, for local businesses to demonstrate the ease and benefits of employing culturally diverse jobseekers.
The videos and additional resources have been developed as a guide to help your business attract, support and retain culturally diverse employees.
The first video, “A Recipe for Success,” outlines the importance and impact of having a diverse workforce. It is similar to making sourdough bread. It requires nurturing diverse ingredients and putting meaningful effort into the process to create the best product or workforce:
