The Marong Racing Club was reformed in the 1860's with races held in Marong. Later it became a traditional "St Patricks Day" Club rasing funds for the Catholic Community in Bendigo. The Marong Racing Club when into recess during World War II and the club reformed races were run at Kyneton and Heathcote before the Marong Racing Club became a tenant club at the Bendigo Jockey Club.

We have a long, proud and established history in Thoroughbred Racing. Bendigo is a great place to enjoy a day of country racing, either from the Silks Dining Room or on the beautiful manicured lawns.
