Visit the Bendigo Art Gallery's The Costume Designer: Edith Head and Hollywood exhibition during the day and then wonder into Rosalind Park come nightfall to experience Alfred Hitchcock’s romantic story of obsession, manipulation and fear. Edith Head’s designs for Kim Novak in Vertigo are arguably some of the most important costumes in film history, with Novak playing dual characters with sharply differing styles. 

Considered by many to be director Alfred Hitchcock's greatest achievement. Set in San Francisco, James Stewart portrays and acrophobic detective hired to trail a friend's suicidal wife (Kim Novak). After he successfully rescues her from a leap into the bay, he finds himself becoming obsessed with the beautiful and troubled woman...
