Lake Neangar and Lake Tom Thumb, Eaglehawk
Bushland Reserve | Park and Garden
Located in the Eaglehawk precinct and developed as a recreation area in 1883, these lakes provide a natural wilderness to explore. The circuit path around Lake Neangar is sealed and lit at night. There is also a more natural and informal circuit path around Lake Tom Thumb. Other features include a picnic shelter, boardwalk, tables, seats, barbecues, skate park and Eaglehawk Playspace.
Nearby facilities include the Peter Krenz Leisure Centre, Canterbury Park Oval and Sports Precinct, Canterbury Park Gardens, the McKern Skate Park and the Mulga Bill bike trail.
