This Asset Plan provides an overview of how the City plans to manage our assets over the next 10 years. It outlines our strategy for managing and maintaining assets in a financially sustainable manner and sets out:
- What types of assets the City owns, and the total value and current condition of those assets across nine asset groups.
- How the assets support the delivery of services and meet the community’s needs.
- What the City’s asset management responsibilities are and how investment decisions are made.
- How the community is involved in asset management and the decision-making.
