This is a free service to help you consider sustainability outcomes when designing a subdivision.
Sustainable Subdivisions Advisor
For subdivisions greater than 16 lots, the Sustainable Subdivisions Advisor will work with you to assess your application against the Sustainable Subdivisions Framework.
Talk to us about opportunities to apply the Sustainable Subdivisions Framework to your subdivision application.
The Sustainable Subdivisions Framework is voluntary and we encourage developers to use it when preparing concept designs. Opportunities identified by using the framework can then be included in the detailed design.
Arrange a meeting
If you are in the preliminary stages of preparing a medium to large subdivision plan, or ready to lodge an application, contact the Sustainable Subdivisions Advisor to arrange a meeting:
More about this service
