Residential parking permit

Using a residential parking permit

Your permit must be displayed to be valid; you may be issued with a parking infringement if you don't display your permit. The permit does not allow parking on footpaths, no stopping zones, nature strips or other restricted zones. Permits cannot be used for boats, trailers or caravans.

Permits expire each year on September 30. There is an application fee, which is reviewed annually.

Permit cancellation

Your permit is automatically cancelled after the expiry date and may be cancelled at any time if you misuse it or breach the conditions of use.
