Johnny Cash and June Carter Tribute Show

Get Rhythm presents the ultimate Johnny Cash and June Carter Tribute Show.

Husband and wife duo Mark and Joanne Caligiuri lead this fantastic show and together they celebrate the life, love and music of this beloved duo performing favourites such as Folsom Prison Blues, Ring of Fire and Walk the Line, as well as popular duets including Jackson and Long-Legged Guitar Pickin’ Man.

Women’s Self-Defence and Situational Awareness Group Program

The City of Greater Bendigo invites you to a unique, four-week Women's Self-Defence and Situational Awareness Group Program.

This program promotes positive ageing in a fun, safe, and empowering space where women can connect and learn together. The sessions are designed for women aged 55 years or older.

Each session costs $5 per person, which is payable on the day via cash or EFTPOS.

Silver Screening Sessions

Star Cinema celebrates Seniors Week with daytime screenings Monday to Wednesday, plus a classic film Tuesday night. Seniors Card holders get in free - four chances to catch a film and enjoy a relaxed cinema experience.

Staying Connected: Hearing loss and communication workshop

Join us for an informative workshop designed to support seniors with hearing loss and their families. Learn about practical tools, assistive technology, and simple strategies that make everyday communication easier. 

Whether you're just starting to notice changes in your hearing or have been navigating it for years, this session offers a chance to connect with others who understand. 

Light refreshments and Auslan interpreters provided.

Science of a Good Cuppa

Take a sensory journey through taste, memory, and chemistry, all over a good cuppa. Enjoy a guided tour, a planetarium visit, and a science presentation, followed by morning tea.
