Application for internal review

Only one Internal Review may be submitted per Infringement Notice, unless applying when an internal review has been granted on the grounds of: Person Unaware of Fine.

Applicants please note

If you do not provide sufficient information or supporting evidence, the enforcement agency may request further information. If you do not provide this further information within 35 days of the date of request the internal review will be completed without the requested information. As the request for information means there is insufficient information to withdraw the infringement, the infringement will not be withdrawn without this additional information.
