Applicable building regulations:
- Regulation 130 - Building over an easement vested in Council (NOTE: Additional costs may apply if an agreement is required)
- Regulation 64 - Determination to treat a combined allotment as one allotment
- Regulation 109 - Projections beyond street alignment
- Regulation 134 - Building above or below certain public facilities
- Regulation 153 (2) - Building in areas liable to flooding
- Regulation 154 (1) - Construction on designated land or designated works
Supporting documents required:
- Copy of Title
- Plan of Subdivision
- Covenant Agreements (if applicable)
- A complete written explanation of the reasons seeking the variation – this must relate to Ministers Guideline MG/12
- Letters of approval from any adjacent affected property owners (where applicable)
- Clear and complete architectural plans, including site plan and elevations
- Clear and complete details of any buildings on adjacent or effected properties
