- Regulation 85 (3) - Daylight to habitable room windows
- Regulation 86 (3) - Private open space
Supporting documents:
- Certificate of title
- Plan of subdivision
- Any covenant agreements (if applicable)
- Written approval from neighboring property owners (if applicable)
- Architectural plans, including a site plan and elevations
- Details of any buildings on neighboring properties
- A written explanation of why the application is needed and how the building design meets the Minister’s Guidelines MG/12
