You can apply for a copy of a planning permit and associated endorsed plans.
More recent planning permits and endorsed plans are available in our electronic document system and may be emailed to you within 2-5 business days, free of charge.
Requests for multiple permits, complex requests or files held in our offsite archive facility may take up to 15 business days and will attract search and administration fees.
Under the Planning and Environment Act 1987, copies of planning permits can be made available in line with public availability requirements. Endorsed documents form part of the permit.
If you are seeking documents other than the permit and endorsed documents, you will need to make a request under the Freedom of Information process. Our Planning team can advise if this is required.
