- Mailing address: If your address has changed, please complete a change of address form.
- Date of issue: If you disagree with the valuations appearing on your rates notice, you may object within two months of the date of issue on the rate notice.
- Capital Improved Value: This is the assessed market value of the property. Site value is included in this figure.
- Site Value: This is the assessed market value of the land, excluding any buildings.
- AVPCC: A classification system that assigns codes to land according to its current use.
- Rate in the dollar: The total amount of money to be raised in general rates is divided by the total general rate properties.
- Bins and Waste Services Charge: This charge is calculated based on both the costs associated with collecting general waste bins, as well as all other waste related services to the community including street sweeping and cleaning, public litter bins, transfer station operations, school education sessions, information materials and events provided to the community.
- Victorian Fire Services Levy: An annual charge to fund Victoria’s fire and emergency services. Every property owner must pay the levy.
- Payments up to 04/08/24: If you have made a payment after this date, it will not be shown on this notice.
- BPAY reference number: Each property has its own BPAY reference number. Ensure you use the correct reference number, especially if you own multiple properties.
