Rates Notices are issued by Council in mid to late August each year.
We encourage ratepayers to sign up for eRates to receive their notice as soon as it is issued and to access previous notices online.

How can I obtain a copy of my current rates notice?
If you have not received your current rate notice, have misplaced the original, or require an additional copy, you can obtain one by:
- Logging in to your eRates account to view and download a copy of your notice.
- Emailing [email protected] to request a copy.
- Calling our Customer Support Team on 1300 002 642 for assistance.
How can I obtain a copy of a previous year Rates Notice?
Copies of previously issued Rates Notices can be accessed free of charge through your eRates account. You can view notices issued since you became the owner of the property, back to 2013.
If you are unable to access eRates, or require rating information prior to 2013, please email [email protected] and include:
- Property address
- Year/s required
- The information you require (for example, copies of Rates Notices or a list of payments made)
A Rates Officer will review your request and advise you of any applicable fees, as outlined in the Fees and Charges table below, before the information is provided.
